Contributors and Guest Authors

We have a committed panel of writers who share knowledge with our audience on a regular basis. Writers who contribute on an ongoing basis are classified as contributors and will have a featured section on our website. Writers who submit a single article will be classified as Guest Author. Sharing knowledge by contributing articles through platform is a personal choice.

What categories of articles does accept?

We publish a wide variety of topics related to Customer Relationship, CRM, Customer Service, Leadership, Sales and Marketing. You can educate the audience on Strategies, Tactics and Skill Sets related to above categories.

How do I contribute an article for

Just send us a mail to mentioning your area of expertise and what you would like to write about. Attach your profile, writing samples/ previous blog posts written by you, if any. We will then get in touch with you, generally within 48hours.

Can I submit articles I’ve published on another website?

We do not accept republished articles so please make sure you haven’t published your article anywhere else before submitting to us. Once your article is published on, we own the rights to it. Please reach out to us if you’d like to republish it elsewhere (we’ll probably say yes but we just want the content to remain unique). Do you pay for articles?

Currently, all our contributors submit articles of their own volition. However, their ROI will be achieved as we promote their article, bio and photographs on our website, together with a backlink to the writer’s personal profile / website. attracts traffic from across the world and you get a chance to portray yourself as a Thought leader.

What happens after my article is published?

After your article is published on the site, will be sharing it on all our social media handles- Facebook, Linked in, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest. We also update our subscribers on the latest posts through newsletters. We request that you do the same in reciprocation, as this is a standard business practice.

Is the article sent back to the contributor for approval after editing?

Our editorial team goes through every submission by checking for errors, factual inaccuracies and/ or changes required. In most cases, we will not send articles back to the contributor for approval. We will, however, communicate with the contributor if there are extensive changes required from our end.

Submission Guidelines for Contributors/ Guest Authors

Let the articles reflect you, the writer, whether it’s a proven strategy, methodology, the tool that you have used, results you have achieved, appreciations you have received or just a list of things. Bring your best work to the forefront.

We aim to be a knowledge sharing portal. No plagiarized articles will be accepted.

If you are a domain/tool expert and write articles on these topics, please note that you will also be expected to answer queries raised by our readers. These queries will appear either as comments on the website or our Facebook page/ re-shares. We will redirect them to you accordingly. shall not be held liable for any concerns that may arise out of such articles.

What should I ensure before an article is sent?

Send a short bio of yourself (name/ website/ social media handles) together with a photograph that we can publish. Refer: Author guidelines document which will be sent after you are entitled as a contributor.
